By choosing Chula Vista Cleaning Service, you agree to refrain from soliciting our cleaning professionals directly or indirectly. If you're seeking a long-term cleaner, we'd love to help facilitate this with an industry-standard placement fee of $3,000.

Similarly, our cleaning professionals commit to avoiding solicitation of clients as part of their agreement. A legally binding $1,000 penalty applies for violations, along with any associated legal costs. Thank you for supporting ethical business practices in Chula Vista.

2. Late-Cancellation Policy

We truly value the time of our clients and our cleaners. To keep things fair for everyone, we kindly ask that you let us know in advance if you need to cancel your service.

If you're not happy with your cleaning, please let us know within 24 hours of your clean. We will come out and re-clean (within a 7-day window) at no additional charge to you. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.

5. Flat-Rate Pricing

Flat-rate pricing applies to homes in regular condition. If your home requires additional care — such as post-renovation cleaning or excessive buildup — let us know, and we'll arrange for hourly pricing to ensure your space gets the attention it deserves.

6. Billing

Please make payment upon completion of service. We accept all major forms of payment.
